13.3 xpk77 is not responsible for: (a) any gambling losses incurred by Users; (b) decisions made by Users based on information provided on the Platform; (c) technical failures of third-party payment providers; (d) any legal consequences arising from a User's decision to engage in online gambling in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.
